Perfectly Disheveled

HOORAY! Record Store Day is here again! I'm still working out the details, but my Saturday plan involves a grand tour of New Hampshire record stores with two of my favorite friends. The official website has conveniently listed who's playing where and what artists are releasing material, so I've been able to prepare a rough schedule (and wishlist). Awesome.

One record I'm definitely hoping to snag is The Flaming Lips and Heady Fwends. This is a series of experimental collaborations between the Lips and other artists like Tame Impala, Yoko Ono, Neon Indian, and Edward Sharpe. In true Flaming Lips fashion, a select few of these records will have the literal blood of these artists embedded in them. I won't be seeking out these copies though. Anyway take a listen to their beautiful Bon Iver collaboration below and get pumped!
